How do I return something I bought online?

You can return to our office (FREE) or by Courier (you pay Courier) within 28 days of receipt of product/goods..

Returning to store is easy and FREE:

  1.  Bring your item to be returned and the original dispatch note/delivery invoice to our office.
  2.  Ensure your merchandise is unused, in original condition (including packaging and labelling) with all tags attached
  3.  After receiving product/s from you physically in our office, we will proceed for return your money by same mode of payment.
  4.  If you paid by e-voucher you will receive gift card & if you paid by debit/credit card you will receive money by an electronic credit transfer.
  5.  We will take 15 working days to refund money after accepting product in our office.

Returning by Courier:
1. Complete the returns form on your dispatch note and return it with the item. If you no longer have the dispatch note, put the following on a piece of paper and include it with the item or you can download it from our website.
2.

  • Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number used in registering “glamifield” customer account.
  •  Email address (the one you use to log on to your account with www.glamifield.com)
  •  Order number (you can get this by logging on to your account)
  •  Description of the product

3. Reason for return using the following codes:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Arrived too late
  • Unwanted gift
  • Unsuitable
  • Doesn’t fit
  • Other

5. Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:

7. Make sure you obtain a Proof of Courier. Returns sent by Courier are at your own cost.

Statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business) you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund. You have 28 days from the day on which you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and you may do so by writing to us at customercare@glamifield.com. If you receive the item/s from your order on different days, this cancellation period shall end 28 days after the day on which you receive the final item of your order). You must then return your order in full without delay, either by Courier (at your own cost and risk), or to our office (at no cost). All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition (together with all packaging and labelling), and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.

If your contract is cancelled in full, we will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 15 working days of our receipt.

Returning in office – FREE

This is the quickest and easiest way to return something (and it’s free).

  • Make sure you have your dispatch note with you as our office will be unable to deal with your return without it.
  • If you want a refund and you paid by a credit or debit card, take the card you used to buy it as we can refund to that card only.
  • If you paid by eVoucher you will receive eVoucher or a gift card.
  • If you have a gift receipt, you will be able to exchange or receive a gift card

Returning by Courier

Returns sent by Courier are at your own cost. Make sure you obtain a Proof of Courier as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
Your refund will normally be processed within 15 working days of receiving your return but it may take slightly longer to appear on your bank statement as refund is subject to SSL ecommerz policy. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the Courier costs or delivery charges unless the item was found to be faulty. This does not affect your legal or statutory rights and is subject to your right of cancellation.

Exchanging an item you bought online

We’re sorry but we can’t offer an exchange as part of our returns process for items purchased online.
If you are returning something and need the same product in a different size or colour, or simply a replacement product, you need to place a new order online for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return according to our returns policy as soon as we receive it.

What if something is damaged or faulty or not as it was described online?

If something you buy turns out to be faulty, we recommend you take it back to our office if possible with your dispatch note so we can review the item and assess the fault.
If the item is faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse or malicious damage, we will not offer a refund.
If your purchase is damaged when you receive it either return it to our office or take several photographs of the product showing clearly the damaged area and attach a copy with your Dispatch Note and send it to email to Customer Service (customercare@glamifield.com).
